Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc English dub finally out this month

After what must seem like an interminable wait for English dub fans, it has just been announced theĀ Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc English dub is finally being released this month.

That dub will kick off on June 30th on Crunchyroll, almost two months after the original Japanese language 8-episode fourth season of the anime came out in May.

A new episode will then be aired every Sunday for the next seven weeks.

(***You would think, as it has taken Crunchyroll so long to release a Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc English dub, they would just release the whole damn thing at once, wouldn’t you? Then again… Aniplex.)

The Hashira Training Arc is the 10th story arc of the Demon Slayer manga/anime, and covers chapters 128-136 of the manga.

Crunchyroll is currently streaming the original Japanese language version, and explains its plot like this:

To the Hashira Trainingā€¦

The members of the Demon Slayer Corps and their highest-ranking swordsmen, the Hashira.

In preparation for the forthcoming final battle against Muzan Kibutsuji, the Hashira Training commences. While each carry faith and determination within their hearts, Tanjiro and the Hashira enter a new story.

Director Haruo Sotozaki directed this arc as well, with Akira Matsushima back to design the characters and also acting as chief animation director.

As usual, Ufotable is in charge of anime production.

The final episode of the Japanese language version of the arc will stream on Crunchyroll on Sunday, June 30th around the same time the first episode of its English dub hits the platform.
