New Shinkalion Dive the World manga premieres in Saikyō Jump magazine soon

Shinkalion Dive the World manga debuts in April

Before the upcoming Shinkalion: Change the World anime series has even released, it has already been announced the anime will be getting a manga adaptation.

That announcement came via the official X account of Shueisha’s Saikyō Jump magazine this week, with a comment that the new manga will be titled Shinkalion Dive the World.

The manga will premiere in the magazine’s May issue, which will be out on April 4th (around the same time the anime series premieres), and will feature an original story written by Mashino Sawazaki and with art by Kō Furuya.

Shinkalion: Change the World anime details

The upcoming Shinkalion: Change the World anime is based on the famous Shinkalion toy franchise.

The anime is scheduled to premiere in April on TV Tokyo and its affiliates, with the star-studded voice cast including:

  • Hiiro Ishibashi as Taisei Onari
  • Kenshō Ono as Akane Forden
  • Shimba Tsuchiya as Ryota Kuzuryu
  • Hana Tamegai as Bina
  • Kaede Hondo as Mai Oume
  • Chikahiro Kobayashi as Kadomichi Takanawa
  • Eri Kitamura as Ina Ōnari

The Shinkalion Change the World anime production team

Directed by Kenichiro Komaya (Kizuna no Allele), the anime is a collaborative effort between sister studios Signal.MD and Production I.G.

Eiji Umehara (Vivy: Fluorite Eye’s Song) oversees the series scripts alongside assistant Daisuke Ishibashi, while character design is being carried out by Shiori Asaka and Niina Morita.

There is no word yet on the actual premiere date of the Shinkalion Change the World anime, but it should arrive some time in April.
