Train to the End of the World’s Reimi Kuga character video intros wild child who likes cute things

Another character video has been released for the upcoming original anime Shumatsu Train Doko e Iku? (“Train to the End of the World”), which is due to premiere in Japan on April 1st.

Following on from the character video for Shizuru Chikura, and the cute new trailer released last week featuring all four of the adorable main girls setting off on their strange adventure, this time we get a Reimi Kuga character video introducing the anime’s most upfront and honest girl who likes cute things.

According to KADOKAWA, who released the Reimi Kuga character video on their official YouTube channel earlier today, (watch below), Reimi is a young girl who loves being in the city.

She has a straightforward personality, and her emotional expressions are easy to understand.

Although she is not good at thinking, she still has an intuitive personality with all of her five senses sharper than most other people’s.

Somewhat like a wild child.

Gotta say I like the sound of that!

The original anime is being brought to us by director Tsutomu Mizushima (The Magnificent KOTOBUKI), with series composition by Michiko Yokote (Heaven’s Design Team and Shirobako), and those cute character designs from Asako Nishida, who is also the anime’s chief animation director.

Studio EMT Squared (I’m Quitting Heroing) is in charge of anime production.

Watch the new Reimi Kuga character video below, and note how adorable all the girls, including Reimi, seem to be.

Then mark your calendars for April 1st when the anime will premiere — likely on HIDIVE, as Sentai Filmworks has officially licensed it.
